Ingredients
  • 2 turkey tenderloins (about 1 1/4 pounds)
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T grill seasoning blend
  • 1/3 cup apricot preserves, melted

Directions
  1. Rub both sides of tenderloins with olive oil
  2. sprinkle with seasoning
  3. Place on oiled grid over medium heat
  4. Cover and grill for 10 minutes
  5. Turn tenderloins and grill, basting frequently with preserves, until internal temperature is 165 degrees, about 10 minutes
  6. Remove from grill, let stand 5 minutes before slicing
