How to make it

  • Combine solid ingredients in a 17" X 15" roasting pan (reserve zest)
  • Pour Broth over mixture
  • Roast at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until thick
  • Pour into bowl (Yields approx 2 1/2 Cups)
  • Garnish with zest
  • Chill at least 2 hours
