Ingredients
  • uncooked pasta ( any type) 1 box
  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes in oil
  • 1/2 grated asiago cheese
  • dried red pepper flakes to taste

Directions
  1. Cook pasta according to direction and drain.
  2. Toast pine nuts in oven or toaster oven just until light brown.
  3. Mix pasta, pine nuts, sundried tomatoes and asiago cheese.
  4. Add pepper flakes to taste individually.
  5. All ingredients can be also assembled individually if desired.
