Asparagus with Hard Cooked Eggs

- 2 pounds thin asparagus shopping list
- 1 hard cooked egg shelled and chopped fine shopping list
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley leaves shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted shopping list
How to make it
- Snap off ends of the asparagus then place asparagus tips in large skillet and cover with water.
- Turn heat to high then bring water to a boil and cook asparagus tips 25 minutes.
- Drain and arrange them on an oval platter with all the tips pointing in one direction.
- Sprinkle asparagus with chopped egg and parsley then season with salt and pepper.
- Pour butter over everything and serve immediately.
