How to make it

  • Snap off ends of the asparagus then place asparagus tips in large skillet and cover with water.
  • Turn heat to high then bring water to a boil and cook asparagus tips 25 minutes.
  • Drain and arrange them on an oval platter with all the tips pointing in one direction.
  • Sprinkle asparagus with chopped egg and parsley then season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour butter over everything and serve immediately.
