How to make it

  • Mix first four ingredients in air tight container
  • Add chopped veggies
  • Mix oil, juice of limes, 3 T reserved tomatoe juice, coriander, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add to salad
  • Chill
  • Doesnt keep too well because of the avacado so eat it up
