How to make it

  • Roll fish, shrimp and scallops in Olive oil or melted butter.
  • Heat pan on high, add 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Once theres a slight curl of smoke coming from the olive oil
  • return heat to medium.
  • Carefully add fish to pan
  • cook each side 6 minutes.
  • Add scallops or shrimp to finish off
