Peppered Rosemary Cheesecake

- Crust: 1/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers shopping list
- Filling: 1 pound Philly cream cheese shopping list
- 1 tea. lime juice shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1/2 tea. dried rosemary shopping list
- 1/4 tea. ground savory shopping list
- 1/2 tea. parsley flakes shopping list
- 1/4 tea. garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 tea. white pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tea. black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tea. salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup smoked mozzarella, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 325^.
- Crust: Spray 6" spring-pan with cooking spray.
- Swirl cracker crumbs until sides and bottom are dusted evenly
- Filling: Blend cream cheese and lime juice until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Add herbs, peppers and salt, mixing thoroughly.
- Fold in mozzarella.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 325^ for 45-55 minutes.
- Let cool and serve at room temp.
