How to make it

  • Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice and salmon fillets in a bag and seal.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for an hour then remove salmon and discard juices.
  • Combine next 6 ingredients and mix well then rub mixture on each fillet.
  • Place fillets in a baking dish coated with cooking spray and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with fresh lemon slices.
