Ingredients
  • 6 small to medium size fish. I used Bogue also called Vopi in maltese or Boops boops in latin. but other fish can be used.
  • 1 dried garlic head
  • 1 big red onion
  • herbs or spices
  • foil

Directions
  1. 1. Clean the fish out but leave whole don't fillet
  2. 2. Put fish on a small piece of foil (enough to wrap it)
  3. 3. Put garlic inside the fish and onions next to it.
  4. 4. Use your favourite herbs or spices on the fish both sides. I used Chinese five spices on 3 of them, 1 with normal curry and 2 with a mix of herbs (marjorie and something already mxed)
  5. 5. After you wrap all the fish, put in a pan and fill with water.
  6. 6. Bring water to a boil and put the flame as low as you possibly can. (takes about an hour)
  7. 7. Serve with vegetables or some rice.
  8. (Will add pics later when I redo the recipe as today my batteries where flat)
