How to make it

  • Melt butter, syrup and cooking oil in pan and roast cashews in the oven for a few minutes then set cashews aside. Melt butter, cooking oil, brown sugar, beets and pears in pan and cook over low heat for a few minutes. Plate lettuce, top with cooked beets and pears and sprinkle with cashews and add vinaigrette. To make vinaigrette combine olive oil, ale, vinegary and rosemary together and whisk well.
