Ingredients
  • 5 lb tomatillos(husks removed and cut in half)
  • 3 medium yellow onions rough chopped
  • 5 cloves fresh garlic chopped
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 3 fresh jalapenos rough chopped and seeded
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 tbs cumin
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • salt to taste

Directions
  1. Toss 1/2 of the tomatillos in a small amount of oil and char on a grill
  2. Saute remaining 1/2 with onions and garlic for 10 minutes
  3. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend
  4. Salt to taste
