How to make it

  • Mix the oil marinade in a Ziploc bag
  • add the fillet and marinade for 30 mins
  • heat a pan on med-high heat and drizzle 1 tbs of olive oil onto the pan
  • when the oil is hot, add the fillet and cook on both sides just until it flakes
