Teriyaki Tuna Steak Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbs of teriyaki marinade

½ tbs of soy sauce

½ tbs of sesame oil

1 tbs of olive oil

¼ tsp of garlic powder

a pinch of red pepper flakes

a pinch of black pepper

1 tbs of chopped fresh cilantro

1 piece of tuna fillet, 1 inch thick and about the size of your palm

Directions

Mix the oil marinade in a Ziploc bag

add the fillet and marinade for 30 mins

heat a pan on med-high heat and drizzle 1 tbs of olive oil onto the pan

when the oil is hot, add the fillet and cook on both sides just until it flakes
