Mixed Mushroom and Goat Cheese Pizza Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat large pan, add oil and cook mushrooms until softened. Add garlic and stir for a minute.
  • Add spinach and stir until it wilts all the way down.
  • Spread goat cheese on crust and top with mushroom-spinach mixture.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan.
  • Bake until golden brown- abut 12 minutes.
