Chicken Or Tuna Noodle Casserole Recipe
This is a satisfying 1950's dish that tastes like you cooked for hours. Goes great with a summer salad and a green veggie.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb bag of large egg noodles
  • 1 lg can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lg can of Milk
  • 2 lg cans of pre-cooked chicken or Tuna (drained)
  • 1-1/4 cups of fine bread crumbs (divided use)
  • 1 Tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tsp of ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water for 6 minutes
  3. Combine cream of mushroom soup and the same about of milk
  4. Combine Chicken or Tuna
  5. Combine all ingredients with 3/4 cup of bread crumbs along with salt and pepper.
  6. Place in a buttered casserole dish
  7. Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on the top
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes
