Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/3 cups mashed ripe banana
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Directions
  2. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
  3. In a small bowl, combine bananas, oil and egg.
  4. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups three fourths full.
  7. Bake at 350 deg F for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done.
