chicken curry

- 600 grams chicken breasts or tender loins cut in half shopping list
- 1 onion diced shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic crushed shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger shopping list
- 1 red chilli, chopped shopping list
- vindaloo curry paste to taste shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Tamarind puree shopping list
- 1 + 1/2 cups coconut cream shopping list
- 1 cup chichen stock shopping list
- 3 curry leaves shopping list
- 3 tomatoes chopped shopping list
- rice shopping list
- naan bread shopping list
How to make it
- brown chicken and remove form pan
- saute onion,garlic,ginger & chilli untill onions are tender
- add vindaloo paste & tamarind paste and cook off for a minute
- add coconut cream and chicken stock and simmer for 10 minutes
- return chicken to pan , add chopped tomatoes and curry leaves
- simmer for 30 minutes and then serve on a bed of rice and naan bread on the side
