How to make it

  • top and core the four bell peppers
  • place peppers open end up on grill(peferably on top of a grill pan)
  • chop/dice onions, garlic, green onions, and jalepano
  • place all veggies/herbs and mushrooms in saute pan with olive oil
  • then place the ground beef in a pot/pan and brown and spice to taste
  • then cook your rice
  • when peppers are almost completly soft, remove them and set them to the side for a second
  • when ground beef is fully brown, mix with 1 cup of shredded cheese and all sauted herbs and veggies
  • after mixed up well stuff all peppers with the stir fry looking mixture
  • then top of with more shredded cheese and wa-la
