absolutely my favorite way to make homemade mashed potatoes, super easy, cheap and delicious. goes great with chicken and pork.

Ingredients
  • 6 potatoes
  • 2 tsp garlic (more or less to your flavor)
  • water to boil potatos
  • 3 tbs butter
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions
  1. peel potatoes and rinse
  2. cut potatoes into 1in. slices or cubes
  3. place potatoes into water and boil for15 - 20 min. or untill you can easily stick a fork in potatoes
  4. drain potatoes and put them back into pot
  5. put milk, butter and garlic into pot and blend untill creamy or untill your like.
