Indian Potatoes

- 2 large potatoes shopping list
- 10 roasted red chilies shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds shopping list
- 1 piece tamarind the size of a lemon shopping list
- 3 teaspoons mustard seeds shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- oil for cooking shopping list
How to make it
- Cut potatoes into small cubes then add salt and fry potatoes in hot oil.
- Grind remaining ingredients into a smooth paste adding a little water.
- Boil then simmer paste until heated through.
- Add chili paste to fried potatoes and toss gently then serve.
