How to make it

  • Crumble leftover cornbread in bottom of casserole dish.
  • Add diced tomatoes, green onions, and green peppers.
  • In a seperate medium bowl add mayonaise and sugar and mix well.
  • Pour the mixture over top of the cornbread and vegetables.
  • Add shredded cheese and bacon bits to garnish.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least an hour, then serve.
