Cornbread Salad

- Left over cornbread; crumbled shopping list
- 2 medium Tomatoes; diced shopping list
- 1 bunch of Green Onions; diced shopping list
- 1 large Green Pepper; diced shopping list
- 1 cup of bacon bits shopping list
- 1 bag of Mild Shredded cheese shopping list
- 1 cup of Real Mayonaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup of White sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Crumble leftover cornbread in bottom of casserole dish.
- Add diced tomatoes, green onions, and green peppers.
- In a seperate medium bowl add mayonaise and sugar and mix well.
- Pour the mixture over top of the cornbread and vegetables.
- Add shredded cheese and bacon bits to garnish.
- Chill in the fridge for at least an hour, then serve.
