Melanies Italian Meatloaf Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • For the meatloaf; mix all ingredients well.
  • Shape into a loaf pan; I have to use 2
  • For the topping
  • In a small bowl mix all ingredients and pour over meatloaf.
  • Sprinkle tops with a little pepper.
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for an hour and a half, I usually check on mine after an hour, depending on your oven it may need to come out sooner.
