How to make it

  • In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except for the shredded cheese.
  • Mix well and form into a ball, sometimes I make 2 out of this.
  • Pour shredded cheese onto some wax paper and roll the balls until completely covered with the cheese.
  • Put into air tight containers, chill and serve. You are suppose to chill it overnight, but that doesn't happen here.
  • When ready to eat, serve on Chicken in a Biscuit Crackers
