I fix this through the holidays...and any other chance I get the opportunity to fix it.

Ingredients
  • 2 pkg. of Philly Creme Cheese: softened
  • 1 pkg. of Plumrose Ham; diced
  • 1 bunch of Green Onions; diced
  • 1 small can of chopped Black Olives
  • 1 tsp. of Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1 pkg. of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • *Serve with Chicken in a Biscuit Crackers*

Directions
  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except for the shredded cheese.
  2. Mix well and form into a ball, sometimes I make 2 out of this.
  3. Pour shredded cheese onto some wax paper and roll the balls until completely covered with the cheese.
  4. Put into air tight containers, chill and serve. You are suppose to chill it overnight, but that doesn't happen here.
  5. When ready to eat, serve on Chicken in a Biscuit Crackers
