- 1(7oz.)Can water Packed tuna shopping list
- 12 anchovy fillets,chopped shopping list
- 3/4 Cup sweet green pepper,chopped shopping list
- 1/2 Cup pimento,chopped shopping list
- 1 Fresh egg,hard boiled,chopped shopping list
- 1 Cup Russian Dressing shopping list
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon cognac shopping list
- 6 Tablespoon butter shopping list
- 6 Thin bread Slices,remove the crusts shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Combine tuna,anchovies,green pepper,pimento,egg and 2 tablespoons Russian dressing.
- Mix completely and set to the side.
- In another bowl,mix the remaining Russian dressing with the cognac and set this to the side.
- Place butter in a pan,melt,saute the bread slices until well browned and butter has been absorbed.
- In this same pan,spread tuna mixture over each bread slice.
- Cover with the Russian dressing mixture.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce over each.
- Heat over low heat for about 5 to 10 minutes (or) until very hot.
