Ingredients
  • MARINATE>
  • 1/4 LB OF GROUND PORK MEAT
  • DASH OF SEASAME OIL
  • DASH SOY SAUCE
  • 1 EGG WHITE
  • -----------------------------
  • 1 ½ LBS OF SILKEN TOFO- CUT INTO SMALL CUBES
  • 1 SCALLIAN
  • 1 ½ CUPS OF CHIC STOCK
  • 2 TLSP OF SOY SAUCE
  • TSP OF BROWN BEAN SAUCE AND
  • TSP OYSTER SAUCE
  • 2 OR 3 HOT CHILI PEPPERS
  • ½ CUP OF FROZEN PEAS
  • 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC MINCED
  • 2 TABLE SPOON OF CORN STARCH AND 2 TLSP OF WATER MIXED
  • 1 TLSP OF OIL

Directions
  1. MARINATE THE PORK WITH THE SEASAME OIL,SOY SAUCE AND BEATEN EGG WHITE AT LEASTS 2 HOURS , THE LONGER THE BETTER –
  2. THEN ADD OIL TO WOK AND PUT IN THE PORK SCALLIANS, GARLIC, PEAS AND PEPPERS AND SAUTE TILL PORK IS DONE – ADD THE SOY –OYSTER SAUCE AND BEAN SAUCE, MIX WELL AND THEN ADD CHIC STOCK BRING TO A BOIL, ADD THE CORN STARCH MIXTURE – AND WHEN IT START TO GET THICK – ADD THE CUBED TOFU- HEAT THROUGH AND SERVE HOT OVER RICE
