- 1 ½ LBS OF SILKEN TOFO- CUT INTO SMALL CUBES shopping list
- 1 SCALLIAN shopping list
- 1 ½ CUPS OF CHIC stock shopping list
- 2 TLSP OF soy sauce shopping list
- TSP OF BROWN bean SAUCE AND shopping list
- TSP oyster sauce shopping list
- 2 OR 3 hot chili peppers shopping list
- ½ CUP OF frozen peas shopping list
- 2 cloves OF garlic MINCED shopping list
- 2 TABLE SPOON OF corn STARCH AND 2 TLSP OF water MIXED shopping list

How to make it
- MARINATE THE PORK WITH THE SEASAME OIL,SOY SAUCE AND BEATEN EGG WHITE AT LEASTS 2 HOURS , THE LONGER THE BETTER –
- THEN ADD OIL TO WOK AND PUT IN THE PORK SCALLIANS, GARLIC, PEAS AND PEPPERS AND SAUTE TILL PORK IS DONE – ADD THE SOY –OYSTER SAUCE AND BEAN SAUCE, MIX WELL AND THEN ADD CHIC STOCK BRING TO A BOIL, ADD THE CORN STARCH MIXTURE – AND WHEN IT START TO GET THICK – ADD THE CUBED TOFU- HEAT THROUGH AND SERVE HOT OVER RICE
