A different twist on regular gravy. You can't go wrong with the taste of DILL

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 cups beef stock
  • 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dill pickles, grated fine
  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt

Directions
  1. Blend flour and butter and brown over low heat.
  2. Add stock & worcestershire and beat smooth.
  3. Add dill pickle and yogurt.
  4. Beat until smooth.
  5. Season to taste
  6. Serve over meat or potatoes
