This is an old recipe my Granny passed down. We eat this chocolate gravy with biscuits (homemade buttermilk are best). It is amazingly good!

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk (or water)
Directions
- In a skillet over med. heat, mix sugar, cocoa, and flour; stir in milk or water.
- Cook until mixture thickens, stirring continuously. (It will not thicken up as much a regular white gravy.)
- Serve with biscuits and butter or on pancakes.

I know this may sound nasty, but try it once and be amazed. My Granny made this for years before I would try it. A friend of mine was with me one day, she tried it and loved it. Thanks to her, I now know what I was missing!
