Fakon Pasta Bake Recipe
this is my absolute favorite heart attack inducer.....JOKE, i would not recommend this dish for a weekly meal, please remember that foods high in fat are ok in small quantities, so make this once a year.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 jar of alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup smoked cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken or meat of your choice( grilled please)
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • chopped parsley
  • pepper
  • red chilli flakes(optional)
  • 1 cup panko crumbs( find at the asian isle of your store)

Directions
  1. boil pasta according to directions
  2. drain and cool pasta under cold running water
  3. heat oven to 350 degrees
  4. combine alfredo sauce, cooked pasta, gouda, cheddar, cooked meat, parsley, pepper, red chilli flakes and mushrooms and spoon out into a baking dish(pyrex is always better)
  5. evenly spread panko crumbs and parmesan cheese on top
  6. bake for 55 mins to an hour or untill top is golden brown
  7. serve with (do i dare say it) garlic bread.....mmmmm
