Pasta Lasagna Recipe
Mix cooked pasta, browned meat, sauce, ricotta cheese, and spices in one large bowl. Mix together and serve. Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top. So much faster then lasagna but taste the same.

Ingredients
  • 1lb pasta (any kind)
  • 1lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 12oz container of ricotta cheese
  • 1 jar of Prego pasta Sauce (we use tradition, but you can use the flavors)
  • 1 small bag shredded mozzarella cheese or fresh
  • 1 can parmesan or fresh parmesa cheese
  • Italian spices

Directions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot at a medium boil until "el dente"
  2. Brown the beef or turkey in a pan, making sure to seperate the large chunks into small pieces
  3. Heat the pasta sauce in a small pot or pat for about 5 minutes
  4. Drain the pasta in a strainer and put in large mixing bowl.
  5. Put the brown meat on a plate and dab with a papertowel or napkin to remove excess grease.
  6. Add meat to the large mixing bowl with pasta
  7. Add 2/3 of the pasta sauce to the large mixing bowl
  8. Mix the meat, pasta, and sauce together until the pasta and the meat are coated with sauce
  9. Add 1/2of the ricotta cheese and mix. You can add more or less cheese depending on how you like ricotta cheese
  10. Serve
  11. If you like more sauce, feel free to add more.
  12. Add shredded or fresh mozzarella and parmesan to the top for added flavor.
