How to make it

  • Cook the pasta in a large pot at a medium boil until "el dente"
  • Brown the beef or turkey in a pan, making sure to seperate the large chunks into small pieces
  • Heat the pasta sauce in a small pot or pat for about 5 minutes
  • Drain the pasta in a strainer and put in large mixing bowl.
  • Put the brown meat on a plate and dab with a papertowel or napkin to remove excess grease.
  • Add meat to the large mixing bowl with pasta
  • Add 2/3 of the pasta sauce to the large mixing bowl
  • Mix the meat, pasta, and sauce together until the pasta and the meat are coated with sauce
  • Add 1/2of the ricotta cheese and mix. You can add more or less cheese depending on how you like ricotta cheese
  • Serve
  • If you like more sauce, feel free to add more.
  • Add shredded or fresh mozzarella and parmesan to the top for added flavor.
