How to make it

  • Cook bacon until crisp then drain and reserve drippings.
  • Crumble bacon then cook onion in reserved drippings until tender.
  • Combine bacon, onion, Worcestershire, salt, mustard and oregano.
  • Add ground beef and mix well then shape into four patties.
  • Broil 3” from heat until desired doneness turning once.
  • Combine mayonnaise and milk then top each burger with tomato slice and a few zucchini slices.
  • Dollop burgers with mayonnaise mixture then sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Broil 1 minute longer then serve on buns.
