Now these are fun to play with..you can adjust the flavor to HOT....Mild.even mix it up a little with veggies .try using chicken.....Heck i used this recipe with pheasant....then i never met a breast i did not like ......hahahhaha Oh Come on you k... More

Ingredients
  • 2 – 4 duck breasts
  • 1 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 bottle soy sauce
  • 1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • jalapeno peppers, sliced
  • bacon

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine the dressing, soy sauce, Worcestershire and garlic salt. Mix well.
  2. Slice the breasts into strips or chunks. Place in marinade, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Remove the duck and drain.
  4. Place a slice of pepper on each strip. Wrap with a half slice of bacon. Secure with toothpicks.
  5. Place on skewers.
  6. Place on hot grill and cook over low heat until bacon is cooked and duck is done.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
