How to make it
- First melt butter in large pan over medium flame.
- Saute red bell pepper, onion, and garlic for about 5-10 min.
- Now add in the broth, stirring well and reduce the flame to low for about 30 min.
- Then you want to puree the mixture into a blender until creamy.
- Pour the mixture back into the pot and heat throughly.
- Add some heavy cream and pepper and serve!
