How to make it

  • First melt butter in large pan over medium flame.
  • Saute red bell pepper, onion, and garlic for about 5-10 min.
  • Now add in the broth, stirring well and reduce the flame to low for about 30 min.
  • Then you want to puree the mixture into a blender until creamy.
  • Pour the mixture back into the pot and heat throughly.
  • Add some heavy cream and pepper and serve!
