This is an recipe that I used to back a long time ago & they are good.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 poubds ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • salt & pepper
  • cooking spray
  • hamburger buns

Directions
  1. Mix together ground beef, onion, bread crumbs and eggs.Mix well. Make them into hamburger patties.You may round up with more than 8.
  2. Spray the skillet.Make sure that the skillet is hot before adding the hamburgers.Add the hamburgers and season with salt and pepper. When done put the hamburgers on an plate with the paper towl under neith the hamburgers.
