Tofu Smoothie

for all my healthy friends.hope you enjoy I have to admit I tried this and it ain't that bad
Ingredients
- 1 cup Tropicana Orange-Pineapple juice shopping list
- 2 cups frozen strawberries shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 pack Nasoya silken tofu shopping list
- 1 cup Silk Very vanilla soymilk shopping list
- 1 large banana shopping list
- 12 packets Splenda shopping list
- Spike w/coconut rum (optional but recommended!) shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients into a powerful blendar and blend until smooth and serve
