How to make it

  • Put one of your small saucepans over medium heat and then your going to want to start adding a dash of salt, butter, corn syrup and sugar.
  • Keep stiring til the sugar id dissolved.
  • Get your candy themometer and let the syrup boil till is says 280 F, about 5 minutes.
  • Take your sauce pan off the heat and start stirrin in the salt, heavy cream, vanilla and lemon juice.
  • Keep stirring it until sauce is smooth, don't worry the sauce will thicken as it cools.
  • If you don't use right away thats oky it will bee fine in the fride for up to 3 weeks.
  • Use when at room temp or warm.
