  • BRING WATER TO BOIL FOR PASTA ,WHEN BOILING THROW IN BROCCOLI RABE, AND BLANCH FOR ABOUT 5 MINS, TAKE OUT BROCCOLI AND PLUNGE INTO ICE WATER, AND LET COOL DRAIN IN COLANDER, WHILE YOU BRING PASTA WATER TO SECOND BOIL THEN THROW IN YOUR PASTA, WHEN BROCCOLI FEELS COOL CHOP INTO PIECES.
  • IN A LG NON STICK PAN, WHILE PASTA IS COOKING HEAT OIL AND FRY GARLIC ABOUT 1 MIN OR UNTIL IT JUST STARTS TO TURN COLOR, THEN THROW IN SUNDRIED TOMATOES, AND COPPACOLA, SAUTÉ FOR A COUPLE OF MIN, THEN PUT IN BROCCOLI, WHILE COOKING IF IT LOOKS DRY , PUT IN A COUPLE OF TBPS OF CHICKEN STOCK OR WATER, KEEP ADDING STOCK TO KEEP THE FOOD IN THE PAN MOIST , COOK EVERYTHING TILL PASTA IS DONE TO YOUR TASTE , THEN ADD PASTA TO FRY PAN AND COOK EVERYTHING FOR A COUPLE OF MORE MIN’S .PUT IN A PLATTER SPRINKLE WITH OIL AND GRADED CHEESE AAND OLIVE OIL SERVE HOT --( IF YOU RUN OUT OF CHICKEN STOCK ,ADD SOME OF THE PASTA WATER TO KEEP THE FOOD IN PAN MOIST) YOU CAN ADD GRATED CHEESE TO DISH IF YOU WANT
