Summer Squash and Cream Cheese Casserole

- 6 medium squash cut into chunks shopping list
- 1 large white onion chopped shopping list
- 1/2 bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons margarine shopping list
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs shopping list
- 4 tablespoons crumbled bacon shopping list
How to make it
- Steam squash, onion and bell pepper until just tender then drain any excess liquid.
- Stir in margarine and cream cheese until melted.
- Pour into buttered baking pan then top with cracker crumbs and bake at 350 until bubbly.
