- 2 cups skim milk shopping list
- 2 medium ripe bananas cut into l” pieces shopping list
- 1/2 cup banana yogurt shopping list
- 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder shopping list
- 1/3 cup wheat germ shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 8 packets sweetener shopping list
- ground cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Process all ingredients except cinnamon in blender or food processor until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
