an amazingly simple, fragrent spice paste, great with meat an seafood, particularly chicken and prawns

  • 1x tbsp cumin seed
  • 1x tbsp corriander seed
  • 2x tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1x teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • pinch saffron
  • 2x cloves garlic (optional)
  • 2x malden sea salt
  • 1x teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 100ml olive oil
  • juice of two lemons

Directions
  1. toast the seeds in a dry pan
  2. grind or smash in a pestle and mortar
  3. add the remainder of the ingredients and mix to a paste
  4. this is an amzing paste for any occasion..............enjoy!!
