Ras Al Hanout Honey 1

- 6 cardamom pods shopping list
- 1/2 tsp peppercorns shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin seeds shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1tsp corriander shopping list
- 1tsp turmeric shopping list
- 1tsp cayenne shopping list
- 2tsp sweet paprika shopping list
- 2tsp malden sea salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon alspice pimento shopping list
How to make it
- Roast and grind the whole spice
- dry mix with the remaining spices
- tip them into a 3/4 full jar of honey
- it can be used straight away but improves with keeping
- i have marinated pork loin with so much (for about three days) that it cured the pork about half and inch in, really different, really nice!!
