How to make it

  • Roast and grind the whole spice
  • dry mix with the remaining spices
  • tip them into a 3/4 full jar of honey
  • it can be used straight away but improves with keeping
  • i have marinated pork loin with so much (for about three days) that it cured the pork about half and inch in, really different, really nice!!
