Vegetable Kabob Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 Orange Bell Peppers
  • 2 Yellow Bell Peppers
  • 2 fat Yellow Onions
  • Kabassi, shrimp, and chicken

Directions
  1. Soak the skewers in water until all ingredients are prepared.
  2. Turn your grill on to a medium high setting.
  3. Clean and cut all the vegetables and meats to fit properly on the skewers.
  4. Take skewers out of water and stick the veggies on them. (DO NOT MIX THE MEATS ON THE SKEWERS. e.g only put shrimp on the same skewer as shrimp.)
  5. Put the prepared kabobs directly on the grill (or on greased aluminum foil).
  6. When the veggies look dry squeeze lemon juice on them to make it moist.
  7. Grill until all meats are cooked.
