How to make it

  • Soak the skewers in water until all ingredients are prepared.
  • Turn your grill on to a medium high setting.
  • Clean and cut all the vegetables and meats to fit properly on the skewers.
  • Take skewers out of water and stick the veggies on them. (DO NOT MIX THE MEATS ON THE SKEWERS. e.g only put shrimp on the same skewer as shrimp.)
  • Put the prepared kabobs directly on the grill (or on greased aluminum foil).
  • When the veggies look dry squeeze lemon juice on them to make it moist.
  • Grill until all meats are cooked.
