How to make it

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse in cold water;
  • place in a large bowl. Add the turkey, celery and grapes. In a small bowl,
  • combine mayonnaise, orange juice, vinegar, oil, orange peel, salt and
  • ginger. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Chill for at least 1 hour. Stir in

    This sounds like it would look good too. My hubbie isn't a huge fan of orange in entrees. I might sub rice vinegar for the juice and keep the zest for him.
