Pumpkin Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients

2c. Pancake mix

3tblsp. Brown sugar

2tsp. cinnamon (or) pimpkin pie spice

1 egg

Spray oil

1/2c milk

1 1/2c canned pumpkin

Syrup

1/2c. canned pumpkin

2c.brown sugar

1c. light corn syrup

small pinch salt.

2tblsp water

1tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.

Directions

Pancakes:

1:) In a seperate bowl, mix together pumpkin, milk,egg

2:) In another bowl, mix together pancake mix, brownsugar & cinnamon.

3:)Stir the flour mixture into the pumpkin mixture just enough to combine.

4:) Spray oil onthe frying pan, heat frying pan over medium/ medium high heat.

5:) Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan using approximately 1/4c. for each pancake.

6:) Flip the pancake when the bubble begin to pop and bottom is brown.

Brown on second side, serve.

Syrup:

Put corn syrup,brown sugar,salt, and water in medium saucepan stir constantly for 5 minutes until tiny bubbles then add 1 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. Stir and pour into a het resistant container let stand for about 10-12 minutes in fridge to cool down *remeber it is hot sugar please don't let little children in the kicthen while making the syrup* Serve your family and friends will be thanking you!
