  • REMOVE THE BAY LEAF AND ROSEMARY SPRIG FROM BEANS. TAKE ABOUT 1\2 CUP OF THE BEANS
  • AND MASH WITH A FORK ,ADD THAT TO THE SAUCE , COOK 1 OR 2 MIN’S THAN ADD THE REST OF
  • THE BEANS,AND SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE ,COOK FOR ABOUT 15 MIN’S OR UNTIL SAUCE HAS THICKEN,WHEN PASTA IS JUST ABOUT DONE ADD IT TO THE PAN AND COOK FOR A COUPLE OF
  • MIN’S, ADD THE CHEESE ,MIX WELL ,PUT IN A BOWL AND SERVE HOT
