Cold Weather Sleepytime Drink Recipe
My favorite homespun remedy for sleep on those wintry evenings when I have the flu

Ingredients
  • Hot milk - I prefer Silk very Vanilla Soy milk
  • a splash of Baileys
  • a shot of Tia Maria
  • a generous snoot of Bourbon
  • vanilla extract if you're using plain milk instead of the vanilla soymilk
  • freshly grated nutmeg

Directions
  1. Heat the milk or soy milk in the microwave fr 2 minutes
  2. Add the Bailey's Tia Maria and Bourbon and dust the top with nutmeg
  3. Drink
  4. Fall asleep
