- 2-lbs ground beef shopping list
- 2- cans Light red kidney beans shopping list
- 2- cans pinto beans(Ranch Style is good) shopping list
- 1-28oz. can Petite diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1-cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/2-cup worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2-tsp chili powder shopping list
- 1-cup chopped onion(I use the frozen, EASY!) shopping list
- 1-cup chopped green bell pepper(frozen, also) shopping list
- 1-tsp minced garlic shopping list
- 1- cup shredded cheddar(It makes a difference, but don't add more, you can to it with more when serving. Adding more now will make it too salty(learned the hardway). shopping list
- 1-tsp Tony's seasoning(can use cayenne pepper if not available in your area) shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground meat (chop finely while browning), onions, peppers, garlic and then drain.
- Place in a deep pot along with all other ingredients.
- Stir to blend well, Heat on medium heat until warm then place on low and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Top with additional cheese, sour cream, or green onions, if desired.
