Ingredients

2 cups milk

4 eggs

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup sugar (1/3 & 1/2 of it)

splash vanilla

flour to desire

2 1/2 tablespoons shorting, melted

Directions

In an mixing bowl combine milk, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, vanilla and flour.Mix well

In a skillet melt the shorting and add little bit of the batter at a time.

Use enough but lightly on the shorting.
