Mums Chocolate Cake

My mum's recipe for chocolate cake.
Ingredients
- 6oz butter shopping list
- 6oz caster sugar shopping list
- 5oz self raising flour shopping list
- 1oz cocoa powder shopping list
- 3eggs (beaten) shopping list
How to make it
- Add the butter, sugar, flour cocoa and eggs to a large mixing bowl and beat until all ingredients are mixed together and the mixture is smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into a loaf tin orinto cupcake cases.
- For cupcakes, cook on gas mark 5 for 20 mins
- For a loaf, cook on gas mark 5 for 30 mins
