Flounder In Pecan Sauce

- 3 ounces ground pecans shopping list
- 8 cloves garlic peeled shopping list
- 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley chopped shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon sweet Spanish paprika shopping list
- 2-1/4 cups fish stock shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 6 flounder filets shopping list
- 6 pecans coarsely chopped for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Process pecans, garlic, parsley, paprika, fish stock, salt and pepper in blender until smooth.
- Heat oil in a large skillet and sauté fish for two minutes on each side then add sauce.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Put fish on a serving platter and pour sauce over top.
- Garnish with coarsely chopped pecans and serve immediately.
