How to make it

  • Process pecans, garlic, parsley, paprika, fish stock, salt and pepper in blender until smooth.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet and sauté fish for two minutes on each side then add sauce.
  • Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Put fish on a serving platter and pour sauce over top.
  • Garnish with coarsely chopped pecans and serve immediately.
