Major Grey Pork Recipe
This is a quick fix and tasty meal. I love wine and fruit flavors with pork! This goes nice with mashed potatoes OR Cumin Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 3-4 slices boneless pork loin
  • 1/2 C minced onions
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 T butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 scant Cup of Major Grey Chutney
  • 3/4 Cup white wine, divided

Directions
  1. Salt and pepper both sides of the pork.
  2. Saute onion in the oil and butter.
  3. After 5 minutes, add pork and quickly brown each side (3 minutes per side).
  4. Add 1/4 C wine and scape up the brown bits in the pan.
  5. Mix together remaining 1/4 C wine and the chutney and add it to the pan.
  6. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes until the pork is done. Serve with the sauce from the pan.
  7. To help the pork cook even more quickly, pound to 1/4 inch thickness between wax paper.
