Major Grey Pork

- 3-4 slices boneless pork loin shopping list
- 1/2 C minced onions shopping list
- 1 T olive oil shopping list
- 1 T butter shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1/2 scant Cup of Major Grey chutney shopping list
- 3/4 Cup white wine, divided shopping list
How to make it
- Salt and pepper both sides of the pork.
- Saute onion in the oil and butter.
- After 5 minutes, add pork and quickly brown each side (3 minutes per side).
- Add 1/4 C wine and scape up the brown bits in the pan.
- Mix together remaining 1/4 C wine and the chutney and add it to the pan.
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes until the pork is done. Serve with the sauce from the pan.
- To help the pork cook even more quickly, pound to 1/4 inch thickness between wax paper.
