Ingredients
  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream

Directions
  1. Mix stew meat, soup mix and soups in crockpot and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
  2. Just before serving, add sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice.
